When you book an audit or contact us we collect your name, email address, company name and the details you give us in the booking form. Calendly processes bookings on our behalf.
2. Why we collect it
To arrange and run the audit, reply to you, provide our services and improve the site. We do not sell your information.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as Calendly for bookings. They may only use it for those purposes.
4. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
5. Your rights under POPIA
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You may also object to us processing it and complain to the Information Regulator.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
